1. Refund Process
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products. If you are eligible for a refund, the following process will be followed:
- Refunds will only be issued if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or if a wrong product has been delivered.
- To initiate a refund request, please email support@dtalesindia.com within 48 hours of delivery, mentioning your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and clear images of the received product.
- A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof; failure to provide this will result in the refund request being rejected.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 24-48 working hours, after deducting any applicable charges.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
2. Cancellation Process
We understand that sometimes orders may need to be modified or cancelled. Below are our cancellation guidelines:
- Once an order has been placed and the payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
- If you notice an error in the size, color, or quantity, please email support@dtalesindia.com immediately. We will try our best to amend the order only if it has not been processed for dispatch.
- Amendments can be made for items of the same or higher value; no downgrades will be allowed.
- If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed as store credit or refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Return & Refund Policy
We do accept returns under certain conditions. Please go through our return guidelines carefully:
- Returns are chargeable with a minimum fixed cost of INR 200 applicable throughout India.
- You must initiate the return request within 3 days of delivery (including the date of delivery) by emailing support@dtalesindia.com with the required details.
- Once a return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup within 1-3 days.
- The returned product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- After receiving the returned product in acceptable condition, the refund process will be initiated within 24-48 hours, post deduction of return charges.
- No exchanges or returns will be accepted for customized products.

- D Tales reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing essential packaging.
- This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to review it before placing an order.
