We always strive to ensure that each transaction at our website is hassle free and take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store/ warehouse.

If it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem and re-fulfill your order.

You can report your problem, complaint or query related to the ordered product by contacting at our store within 48 hours of delivery between 12 pm to 6.00 pm. Email us on support@dtalesindia.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the product. However, when a product is dispatched from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check, still if there is any issue with the product we would resolve it for you. Please make sure you have a video of opening the parcel, it is mandatory, failure to which we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.

At O My Saree, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our exquisite collection of sarees. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or encounter issues with your order. That's why we have designed a hassle-free return policy to address your needs.

We do accept returns, but please note that returns are chargeable with a fixed minimum cost of INR 200 applicable throughout India. However, rest assured that we will make the return process as convenient as possible for you. Once you raise a return request, we will arrange for a reverse pickup within 1-3 days.

To ensure a smooth return experience, we kindly request our valued customers to keep the order in the same condition as it was shipped, with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the return order in the same condition, we will initiate the refund process within 24-48 hours of receiving the return, after deducting the return charges.

Our team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged. 

Once an order has been placed by the user, our systems will be unable to cancel the order and process a refund to the client if the payment has been processed. 

If there is an error in the size / colour or quantity placed, please email us and we will do our best to amend your order if it has not been processed yet. Product amendments maybe of the same value or higher.
